John 2:5 — The Foundation of Star MinistriesDr. Deborah Starczewski, D.Th. is an author, evangelist, and Bible teacher who has spent decades helping people discover that their pain is not the end of their story — it is often the beginning of their greatest purpose.
Having walked through her own seasons of heartache, rejection, and restoration, Deborah ministers with a strong prophetic gift, a down-to-earth sense of humor, and a passion to see every person step into their God-given destiny. She holds a Doctorate in Theology from Life Christian University and teaches at her home church and on the faculty of a Christian university.
She is the founder of Star Ministries, Inc. (established April 21, 1998) and Star National Outreach Worldwide (SNOW), a 501(c)(3) launched in 2008 to take the gospel to the nations. Her ministry has reached pastors, leaders, and communities across multiple continents.
Deborah was married for many years to Dan Starczewski — her ministry partner, her best friend, and a man who carried the same burden for the gospel that she does. Dan went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2021. She continues the work they began together, supported by their blended family of two children and four grandchildren.
Deborah carries a shared burden for unity in the body of Christ and prayer for Israel — and she keeps showing up, faithfully, wherever God sends her.

Deborah teaches at her home church and on the faculty of a Christian university, bringing clear, faith-building teaching that emphasizes God's unconditional love and the reality of the Holy Spirit in everyday life.
Launched in 2008 to take the gospel to the nations, SNOW carries the same heart as Star Ministries onto the global stage. Early work included a pastors' training conference in India that reached hundreds of ministers — and the mission has continued to grow from there.
SNOW operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, carrying a burden for unity in the body of Christ and prayer for Israel — and for every nation to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.
